I have bought and sold a couple homes (using different brokers), and Nick by far and away provided the best service. He was transparent, professional, and patient throughout the process. There were a number of challenging factors outside of Nick's control that were specific to my situation, and it was clear that Nick put MY interests before all else and made sure that I got the best deal possible in the end. There was also an ernest money that Nick helped me navigate and ultimately overcome in a positive light, something for which he was only compensated by knowing that his client got the most favorable outcome. Can't say enough good things, and would definitely recommend and use for my next purchase. Thanks Nick!

Nick is by far the most professional agent we ever worked with. We were fortunate enough to experience his expertise and knowledge in two occasions. His willingness to listen and understand our needs has made the sale of our house quick and painless. Both times we were able to sell our house in less than two days and above asking. Nick is absolutely fantastic. He helped me, a first time homebuyer, navigate the chaotic waters of the Denver housing market and find my first house!
