Rosa Linda's Mexican Cafe

Their health menu is also the BEST! My vegetarian wife stands by their nopales ranchero (cactus) and orders it every time.

If I could have given it an extra 1/2 star I would have. Only because I feel baldy for having to rate this restaurant so low. My boyfriend and I love Mexican food and we were in the area so decided to try this place. We were the only people inside which I was concerned about. The salsa was good chips were not. I had the Chile rellenos which were small and soggy the green Chile topping it seemed okay but could barely tell. The rice was tasteless, portions were fairly small. The beans were pretty inedible, worse than out of a can maybe old and stale? Margaritas were melted even though she had just made them, they showed up Luke warm. All in all I wish I had spent my money on some better food, drinks, atmosphere etc...

The family owned cafe, takes pride in serving their customers. The food is fresh and prepared with exceptional style. I recommend Rosa Linda's Mexican Cafe to anyone who wants to enjoy a great meal, with a wonderful atmosphere. The service is remarkable.
