        Terrible communication here. Left several emails which is where my provider told me to and no response. Let message through patient portal, nothing no response! This is a facility for mental health and if they cant get back with you when you have an issue! Terrible place.

        My experience with the team at The Collective was outstanding! From the time I booked my appointment to the time I left it was nothing but stellar customer service. Very thankful for the compassion and care that this team has to offer. I have recommended them to many of my friends and even family members. Look forward to my next session!

        If you are coming to the collective for help, safest bet is to stay away. They never answer the phones and when they do they say they have 1 person answering for both locations. So I asked to email the people I work with to schedule. And this man there didnt appreciate that I said a curse word over the phone and he took it really offensively I recognized it and apologized. And then he continued to not listen to my frustration. And now they have discharged me for good because of there problems. They act like they listen and care but in reality they dont. Starting wanting to help people rather than take there money and send them off. If you really want help and actually want to better yourself without all the drama go look elsewhere.
