I cannot emphasize enough what an incredible experience it has been to work at Front Range Behavioral Associates.
I applied for the Behavior Technician position and within 24 hours, Michelle responded to my email to set up a Zoom interview. She was prompt with her responses, very kind, and accommodating. I explained that I was relocating and that I would not be available to start for a couple of weeks. My first impression, despite being on Zoom, was that Michelle was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the ABA field.
Four months later, I can assure that her genuine care for the Autism community translates every day in her work at the center.
Michelle and Allie are not only the most ethical and professional BCBA's I have ever met, but they are also wonderful human beings and supervisors. They are happy and willing to help and answer questions at any time.
Day in and day out, they prioritize providing quality service for the children that attend the center and their families. They are dedicated to making a positive difference in the life of every children. They ensure that the behavior intervention plans are always up-to-date and that they are being implemented with fidelity by constantly supporting the behavior therapists. The therapists receive weekly supervision and training. Teamwork is the driving force of this company.
Michelle is beyond caring about her staff at FrBA. She is mindful of her staff's mental health due to the emotional stress related to the job. She shows genuine concern for her staff's well-being. She supports her staff's professional development and growth.

I have been working here since June of 2020 and it has been a amazing experience all around. Currently I am accruing hours to sit for the BCBA exam and I couldn't imagine any other place to do this at. Great work culture and a great place to learn about ABA!

I and many others made the difficult choice to part ways with this company when we experienced unethical business practices that we could not change. Michelle McDermott, our boss, rarely shows up for work. When she does, she is there with her son and is not available. The children's BIP's were not ever updated, despite mastery of skills.
Many working here have little to no experience with ABA and no training was provided. The business is simply a daycare funded by exploiting Medicaid.
I have since worked for another, more ethical company and am astounded this place is allowed to operate. I wish only to warn parents and potential employees to stay far, far away.
