Shout out to Marty, Tom and the team!! My wife and I had been dealing with an apartment about a security deposit issue. For close to a month we've been trying to resolve the issue, but no success. Troubleshooter Network is Divine Intervention. Tom , Mark & the rest of the team LOVE helping people! They have saved me at least 7k from 2 Vendors..Beauty Spa in Cherry Creek took advantage of a nice old Lady... They got my money back for some bogus treatments, Awesome Guys & Gals..#2 Situation :.American Home Shield does not respect their own customers. I needed to replace my Hot Water Heater after 7 years with no issues..(the Guarantee was worthless!!) Mark helped me get the Manufacturer to replace the water Heater, at no cost to me; however I needed to find the right Plumber to install equipment. Quoted over 3k for the Labor by Reputable Plumber in town: Manufacturer's Rep ( right before Christmas!) recommended a really nice Plumbing duo ( Rick & Owen), Priced @ $450, who after American Home Shield kicked me to the Curb.(Hooray Troubleshooter Network!!). Just told my 43 year old neighbor how they helped me to my satisfaction. She was totally ripped off by Emich VW for over $2200.
