I've been seeing Moshe for over 5 years now and I can honestly say our work together has been the single most important activity in helping me grow and adjust to the demands of life. I have a history of various traumas including child abuse and abusive relationships, previously struggled with anxiety and depression, and still sometimes struggle with codependency.
In the past five years, I've been able to find myself a healthy, stable relationship, advance in my career, and most importantly, become my own best friend.
Moshe has provided me with a whole toolkit of resources to use to help me through life, and I never leave a session without having at least one "aha!" moment.
I cannot recommend him enough!
