I need to get a 2nd key and went in about an hour before they closed. Unfortunately they're key machine was not at the station because a special customer needed a key made. I understand customer service so I get it. They open up at 8:00 and I was there about 8:15. I was driving back home by 8:25. Friendly, knowledgeable and fast service at a fair price. They're my neighborhood locksmith and will be my locksmith if I ever move.

Gerald helped me out. I needed a lock for my truck tool box. He took the time to find the right one and make sure everything worked properly. The price and service was awesome. Definitely coming to them again whenever I need the service. 5 stars for sure.

They were a true life saver for me because my 2014 Ford Fusion key snapped off the fob. Every quote I got was for at least $200 or more. They were able to do it for under $100 and they were super fast with the cutting of the key and programming. Their customer service was on point and they had my key and fob ready to go as soon as I pulled into the parking lot. I will get all my keys from them.

This is an honest review, no bs. Ordered fob and the technician told me $45 for fob which included programming. I thought it was a great deal so I went ahead with the order. Week later fob arrives at shop, I go pick it up and a different technician programs it. Works fine. I go to pay and he tells me its $85! Another man, think it was the owner, rudely interrupts and in a loud voice proceeds to start an argument, even though he claims he didn't want to argue. I explained to him what happened and the agreement we had last week and he still insisted on $85. I walked away and told him to keep the fob after exchanging details! I won't do business with DECEPTIVE businesses like this. Don't bother with a "we strive for customer satisfaction" response cuz that's a bunch of bs! Service: New key fob
