We had an absolutely flawless experience - we trusted Abby Sparks Jewelry to take care of our precious heirloom diamond and redesign it to be the one of a kind ring it is today! During the consultation, they were so supportive, open, and listened to every inspiration I had. Together we created a beautiful sun burst design that was exactly what I envisioned. I am incredibly happy with the result.

Updating from 5 stars to 1. Ive had two prongs compromised and replaced. Since their brick and mortar closed, we have zero communication from this company. We are no longer offered free cleaning as promised at time of purchase. Maddy, the designer of this ring, never once asked my husband what I do for work, how I wear my jewelry, or any questions that would lend to the actual form and function of the design. She simply asked him if I was fashionable, then tried to give him the run around on the costs of Black Diamonds. When he walked out after hearing the first price given, it wasnt long before he received an email back tracking with an estimate at a fraction of the first one. Are we selling used cars here or customized jewelry ?! Have plans to change to Sarah O, where my friends have had drastically different customer service experiences. Weve already discussed a redesign to lower the setting so the prongs are no longer broken, and diamonds no longer at risk of falling out. Also, putting small beads of metal on the inside of the band so that it doesnt spin around and move on my finger as much. Seems like these are absolute basics of jewelry design that were t even considered with Abby Sparks. If you live in CO, shop around and start at Sarah O first. I dont know anyone who purchased from them, that had negative feedback with design, price, or customer service before AND after the sale was made.

TRUE ARTISTRY AND IMPECCABLE PROCESS. Working with Abby & Maddie to create a custom ring was a flawless experience. You will notice when you review their portfolio that there is a tremendous range of styles -- it is because they are so skilled at listening to the client, and creating something that is a true reflection of the client's style. I am blown away by how beautiful my ring is. My fianc and I enjoyed the process so much, and cannot get over how stunning the result is. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

Abby and her team worked with us to design my beautiful unique engagement ring. I had pictures of what I had in mind and they put together several drawings for me to choose from. I didnt know purple sapphires existed, but they let me pick my stone so I got just the right shade. I love my ring and am so glad my fianc chose them.
