The Chicken Parm (Parmigiano) is a must get- this is the best Chicken Parm I've ever had. The Tagliatelle has a very unique flavor profile which I really appreciated.

The food was great, everyone enjoyed their meals except for the classic spaghetti dish. Is tasted sweet and did not have the standard red sauce. Other than that, we loved the gnocchi tots, bread and entrees. Sartos is a bit pricey for your classic Italian spot.

Terrific Italian food in a beautiful facility. Loved the Chef’s Table tastings, craft cocktails at the bar, and takeout from the adjacent Pantry. Called for reservation two days ago and learned they are closed. Please make it temporary!!

Had the best date last night to celebrate our one year anniversary of moving to Colorado. Thanks to Adelska Date Night for planning an unforgettable evening. We joined Chef Garret Meyer at Sarto's in Jefferson Park for a Chicken Butchery class and were welcomed with glasses of Prosecco and delicious gnocchi tots to snack on. After a brief introduction (and learning this would be Sarto’s inaugural chicken butchery class!), we got behind the counter and started our lesson. Chef Garret took our butchered chicken pieces to the kitchen, only to come back with the crispiest fried chicken either of us had ever seen. Add in a cichetti board of snacks and a bit of hot sauce, making the perfect meal! After dinner, we visited Blanchard Family Wines for a wine and chocolate pairing. We tried four wines from the grapes grown in Sonoma, while also enjoying chocolates from local restaurant, Urban Farmer. Ended up spending almost three hours enjoying the winery’s ambiance, a few more snacks, and speaking with the brothers who co own the business. James and Mark were engaging, relatable, and made us definitely want to visit again! All in all, best date night thanks to Gretchen at Adelska Date Night! Thank you to all!
