        I have used this insurance agency for the past few years, when I call with a question I dont get answers. Just recently called two weeks again to have all my policies cancelled never received email confirmation. Called and spoke with Carol on multiple occasions and days who said she would take care of it. Still no email confirmation. Called Allstate directly today to find out my policies were all still active. All paid in full and this just delays my refund of over 7k. Stay away from this agency if you want or prefer Allstate go to a different agency.
