They never answer the phone, even if you leave a voice message with your information. They don’t call back. No way to communicate after paying, of course.

Been dealing Kevin Tafoya Farmers insurance for a while. I always had fast friendly service. The agency's easy to get a hold of either walk in or by phone.

I can't tell you how he works because in the 2 years I used him he never picked up the phone. My insurance prices got increased and then even cancelled without any communication to me. I left him voicemails every month for 8 months and got no call backs until I cancelled all my remaining policies with a national rep and he suddenly called to "check in". Then, to make it better, I find out today that he never cancelled my home insurance policy.
