They must not realize how they do one thing is how they do everything. They have a sales team there just like every company and I am in sales for a business solutions company. I called (one time) to see if there was any way I could help and I could not believe how incredibly rude Rita was to another human being on the other end of the phone. This speaks to the culture and with many other places to choose from, i would spend your money elsewhere.

Absolutely ridiculous that they will not sell you anything without a $25 minimum charge! Need a $3 Oring but we will not be doing business with this company any time soon.

had what i needed but the $25 minimum is ridiculous. i dont understand at all why they couldn't sell me the $5 seal that they had in the shop when i was standing right there with cash.

Horrible customer service...25 dollar minimum on o-rings, it's like going to the store for milk but the grocery store says you have to spend 25 dollars, offer a gift card!....never will return to this company for anything
