Himalayan Spice Indian Cuisine - Denver

My wife and I have now been here probably 6-7 times. Weve tried to get something new each time (including appetizers, drinks, and desserts) and have yet to have something we didnt like. I think that is really impressive for any restaurant. This place seriously flies under most peoples radar. Id highly recommend it though. The lassi and chai are very, very good. One of my favorite chais Ive had. The pakora, samosa, and naan are all great starters. Any of the entrees are spot on, but our favorites are the Baingan Bharta and the Madras curry. All of the desserts are great, but I found the Gajar Haluwa to be the most interesting.

The first time we came was when we got engaged next door at Sarah O bc starving after . And then we had the Bindhi and the Korma. But the Dal Soup is magic. And the people and the vibe !! Favorite restaurant in Denver

I wish I could leave a better review, but a as a celiac I got very sick after eating here. I think I had cross contamination with the appetizer. Would not recommend for anyone with celiac or gluten allergy.
