We found Apex HVAC through Home Advisor and don't always that the best luck with Home Advisor, but we needed a recommendation. We needed a completely new system (heating and A/C) and he delivered an honest, reasonably priced assessment of our actual needs with various options to choose from. He never hesitated in answering all of my questions and explaining what all of the options actually mean. He was professional, performed the work on time and provided excellent follow up. He even noticed that our tankless water heater was not installed properly and fixed that. He also showed us how to flush the tankless, so we could do it ourselves in the future. Xcel offers rebates that Andrew doesn't accept, but his prices were lower than other large companies, so that missing out on the rebate was a non-issue cost wise. He was available to answer questions throughout the whole process. I absolutely recommend Andrew and this company for any needs that arise and would hire them again in a second.
