I would highly suggest no one try to stay here. I booked the champagne room two months ago as a Christmas present for my fiancé. The day of the reservation I got an email to confirm my stay. After completing the confirmation I received an email that my reservation was cancelled. Thinking I had made a mistake I called the front desk number to confirm. Turns out they are under renovation and have no rooms available and nothing they are willing do to about the inconvenience they have caused. Based on some other reviews guess I should have never booked here, garbage hotel garbage customer service.
