        Such a horrible experience! Just had my daughter. I have been waiting 5 months for a birth certificate! Ive been calling calling and calling and they have you wait 5 min on hold to tell you that you can wait on the line or come in person and then hang up right after that it happens no matter what time you call. So now after ordering online I need to go in person to try to receive a birth certificateplease provide better service this is ridiculous.
