I’ve been going to Kate for acupuncture for a few years now. She’s has helped me through my pregnancies and autoimmune disorders. She’s very intuitive and personable and can address any issues. Highly recommend her for acupuncture!

I had read about the benefits of acupuncture for labor and delivery so I decided to try it out. After searching online, I came across Kate Kellogg's practice and made an appointment. Kate's warm and friendly demeanor immediately made me realize that I made the right choice. She was knowledgeable about prenatal acupuncture care and made the experience so comfortable and soothing....a true healer! I believe that acupuncture helped to create my wonderful labor experience. After the delivery of my baby, I visited her practice again to help increase lactation supply. The results were immediate, as my supply greatly increased and I was able to avoid having to supplement my baby's nutrition with formula. I credit Kate and her expertise to helping me every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend her practice and look forward to working with her more in the future!
