All employees at this clinic are helpful, friendly and professional. They ask the required questions with a smile on their faces and with an excellent attitude.

Scary, unsafe and major lack of training for staff! No instruction, explanation of procedures or consideration for the pain I was already in during positioning. Should have ran out door when I was handed the consent form in a stack of paperwork! No physician reviewed procedures or risks which is required! How is this place open? No one introduced themselves throughout both procedures or told me where to go. I'd walk out and have to find someone to ask where to get next. One guy chatting pointed me down hall after changing. Turned out to be physician doing procedure! Who knew? No intro or visible badge. To top it off my leg was numb after and I asked about it. An unknown gal at desk said it should go away. Hahaha! Thanks and then she hands me discharge instructions without going over them! Even better there is no name, phone number or even facility address to call if it doesn't go away. Who is running this place? I then ask to speak with physician as I am concerned about me leg. He was nice and reassured me and had staff right contact on instruction. Which again is required to be there. Will report my experiences asap.
