      image Never got refund of deposit for work that wasn't done, and now am unable to contact them with the provided contacts! Last October I put down a deposit that Karen asked for to look at some soffit repair. She said she required a $600 deposit (that would be refunded) to secure the guys coming out just to look. Someone did come out to fix another issue with a door threshold. After more than 6 months of emails, however, the remainder (about $500?) of the deposit hasn't been returned. I've also tried calling the work and cell numbers they provided, but one has been disconnected and the other accepts no messages.
