Unfortunately, I tried to call to make an appointment after reading many nice reviews. I was unable to reach anyone and just planned to call later. I received a text from an unrecognized number, that simply said "can I call you later", I replied, "who is this?" and woke up the following day to this message "Why are you calling my # and asking who WE ARE?" "A hair salon" To be clear, I never called the number these messages came from, and I'm not from here so I absolutely had no idea who was messaging me. This is the only establishment where I called and didn't actually speak to someone and then had these very rude messages the following day. I'm very disappointed as I was genuinely hoping to find a nice salon to have my hair done regularly close to home.

Just went about a month ago. I was hesitant to make a review. I have a few things I didnt like. First off, Gina pulls hair a lot, shes not very tactful. Im not saying she is not talented, she definitely is but shes very rough.....I was not happy about that...my hair looked beautiful at the end but, after a couple of showers in warm water, not hot, warm my hair dye kept falling out. Whatever product she uses is super cheap and I paid $500 with tip!!! I dont think I will be coming back here. Services: Haircut, Hairstyling
