Inconsistent. Got a good haircut once and terrible the other.
The bad time he messed up so bad I had to come back in to get it fixed and they still did a terrible job. No sense of symmetry. He had already taken off too much to salvage and still rushed through it. One side was rounded the other was squared. So even after the second trip it was still uneven and all different lengths. I had to have my girlfriend cut some chunks missed and will probably need a new cut in a week to fix.
You get what you pay for. Not worth the chance.
UPDATE: Contacted corporate as instructed. Received an autogenerated response with no resolution and zero response from this franchise. Service: Haircut

I really like that there's a Great Clips on 16th Street. Lets me book an appointment online nice and easy, and then I can just walk here. The stylists are always pretty great and friendly, and feel like I get a pretty good haircut every time.
