Hi its Shannon, Im no longer available for appointments at the location. I have had multiple attempts to get my name removed and Richelle has yet to do so. November 30th was my first day at my new salon home, plenty of time to take me off. I apologize to any clients who have been misled and showed up to salon thinking you had an appointment with me.

Terrible customer service. I walked in for my appt and everyone in the whole place ignored me and there was no one at the desk so I just had to stand there awkwardly wondering if I was in the right place. Stylist walked by after a few minutes saying "her timing was off" and asked if I could wait a couple of minutes. I waited over a half hour after my appointment time before walking out. After having been rescheduled from my previous appointment the week before! Some common courtesy would have gone a long way

I called in to make an appointment and the lady was very difficult to work with. I ended up choosing a different salon because of how difficult making an appointment was. Ive never experienced this poor of service before.

If you're looking for Shannon, she is no longer at Shapes Salon, despite the fact that the owner still shows her as available on the website. I was a client for more than two years and moved out of the country in 2021. I contacted owner Richelle in early November to purchase two bottles of product to send to a local family member that was traveling to see me. It was paid for over the phone and never shipped. I contacted Richelle again two weeks later and she apologized, promised to send it to me overseas, without asking me for additional money for shipping costs. I'm now back in Colorado for a few days and reached out, hoping to arrange a pickup since as of January 31st I had still not received what I ordered and paid for. She confirmed that she hadn't had the product for a while, and I'm pretty sure she didn't have it when I ordered but took my money anyway. The best of Shapes Salon is no longer working there, and I won't ever do business with Richelle again. I rarely, if ever, give 1-star ratings, but it's well deserved in this case.
