I reached out to Mr Lucero's office on a Saturday morning, thinking I would get a call back Monday morning...to my surprise he actually called me back a couple hours later to discuss my scenario. He was very thorough and explained what my outcome could be, timelines, and the total process. We signed a contract by Monday afternoon and he let me know that he was already in contact with the city attorneys. Although he guaranteed me nothing, I had received a call the next morning that resolved my entire issue. Mr Lucero is obviously well connected and very knowledgeable in his practice. Although, I hope I never have to retain him in the future, I am very glad that I now have him as a resource and will 1000% refer him to anyone I know that could use his services.
