I met with Klaus Schürmann (owner of the company) at my Denver home regarding a project on my home about 3 or 4 weeks ago (April 2019). He took notes, measurements, and told me he would meet with his mason to discuss the bricking-in of a closed-off exterior window. I had not heard from him for weeks, and I reached out to him via an email on May 13th in order to follow up on the proposed project. Today is May 20th (yet another week later) and I still have never heard back from him or his mason. Klaus is a really nice gentleman, but evidently subs out his work (which is okay)--but the lack of communication--even just to let me know that he has chosen not to do the work is unacceptable--especially after I reached out to him asking him again about the project. While a "nice guy," I cannot recommend his services. I'm sorry Klaus, but that's the skinny.
