If this review saves one person then I have done my job. I was interested in a Bathroom remodel and specifically a tub to shower conversion included. After a nice sales rep drove an hour out of her way at 7pm in the middle of a snow storm I felt the need to let her go through her whole sales pitch. We easily could have avoided the inconvenience if they were up front about their pricings, but “you have to see the product”. The lady finished and finally makes out a design for our shower conversion and then that’s where we found out the company does not do bathroom remodels. Fair enough, just showers and tubs. We figured we could do the rest. The PRICE, lawd the PRICE! This woman wanted to charge us $40,000 😳for a tub to shower conversion!!! With a discount it lowered the quote to $37,000 🧐 we had already received a full bathroom quote from a local company for $12k and we were looking for competition. Their pitch is “their quality is so much better” (it’s plastic inserts) and I told the nice sales woman I didn’t feel bad telling her “no” that’s scam or it better be gold plated. I have received about 5 follow ups phone calls where each time I ask to be taken off the call list because this business is a scam. From reviewing their Facebook page I can tell they prey on older people.
