Dr. Wisser was wonderful and seemed to be a thoughtful and skilled provider, I was happy with her care and care plan, the problem was trying to execute the care plan, Her office staff never called me to schedule the procedures ordered nor did they return my 4 calls in an attempt to schedule. Nor did they return my 2 calls in an attempt to see where I was at in the PA process for the medication ordered. Nor did the office manager Laurie call me back to discuss my concerns even when I was assured by the front desk that she would call within the next 2 days. I did get one prompt call back from staff when I indicated I would like to pay my co-pay over the phone I was immediately connected with staff to take my payment, other than that I could not get ahold of any staff members past the front desk. I attempted to connect via the portal and was not able to connect to the office despite 2 requests from my end, and again the front desk was unhelpful in this. I would recommend Dr. Wisser if she ever decides to practice somewhere else but do yourself a favor and avoid Rocky Mountain Gastro.

Most horrible customer service ever. First I waited for an appt for almost 2 months to get seen by this doctors office . They sent my check in paperwork, (which took 20 minutes to fill out) , only 40 minutes before my appt. I had to pull over and do this as the instructions indicated this needed to be done before the appt. ( Which put me behind schedule) When I get there I am told I cannot be seen until later in the day. The lady with the tattoo on neck at the front counter was rude and unempathetic. This place should take their profession more serious when it comes to customer's sensitivity and care. An apology would have been sufficient or a change in registration policy at least 2 hours before appt. I have dealt with Rose Medical for 30 years and this by far is my worst experience.

Very frustrated. I saw providers here for 1 appointment and 1 upper endoscopy. The providers were fine. I paid large bill upfront for the procedure. I was billed for the amount of my coinsurance for my office visit, which I paid online. I then got a bill for the exact same amount (slightly delayed because I moved and it had to be forwarded). There was no explanation for what the bill was so I emailed the address listed on the bill for questions asking what it was for and what I already paid for. I got no response or any follow up bills and never once got a phone call. Today I got a call from a collections agency about this $55 bill. While the providers were fine I will never be going back to this group. I am a healthcare provider and find this to be terrible customer service.
