Wish they had a one star option. I have tried for two days to get ahold of the company and every method they say to use no one has answered any of my calls or even tried to reach out. Bad customer service when they can’t even answer the phone.

I've been calling this number since the beginning of May and no one ever answers. I've left two voicemails. His voicemail says "texting works great for me if it works for you" so I've even text, still no response weeks later. I called a different home leveling company and that rep was saying this guy has multiple numbers under multiple business names and has ditched out on jobs after taking customers money. At first I was skeptical because businesses always talk bad on one another but after reaching out multiple times with no communication I wouldn't doubt it. It’s now Aug and I STILL never heard from this person. The boyfriend and I have been learning about leveling and am going to do it on my own place now. Apparently it would be a good business to get into since none of the others answer or follow through.
