I'd give them 0 review if possible. When I signed the contract I was very specific that I'd be out of town for six weeks and the guy said it was not a problem and they won't charge me for the time I was out of town. Now they want to charge me. The person that I spoke was so unprofessional and rude. No wonder they have only one ⭐. Awful, awful.

Would also give 0 stars if possible. I will never be a part of any company that uses NAC. The guy talked up the 16 week challenge but did not point out any of the fine print and seemed like I was inconveniencing him when I had questions. You are unable to cancel your membership if you don’t go 3x per week for the 16 week challenge. The only reason I am able to cancel mine is because I am moving more than 25 miles away and they are still charging a $50 “relocation fee”. Shame on the gyms that choose to use this service. CURVES who claimed to empower women and is mainly an older demographic and people whose first language is not English, is using something like this that they do not understand what they are signing. Absolutely ridiculous. As soon as I pay the final “relocation fee” I will be blocking all further charges from this company. That is how little I trust them.

Canceled my membership back in November due to my mom getting sick. My mom lives with me so I was the only one that can take care of her. I sent a certified letter back in November to cancel but they said it was denied and they sent me an email which I never received. With everything that is going on in the world and everybody hurting for money you think they would give people a break.
