NOW CFO - Denver

For what we pay, getting a response from management or someone on the team shouldn't be so hard. Absolutely failed to complete the project and ran off with the money. What a shame. I followed up for 6 months to try to resolve and couldn't get a response from anyone.

We've been working on and off with Now CFO for several years and have nothing but great things to say about them. Most recently, Jackie was introduced to our team. She's a quick learner and manages our books, inventory, payroll, bank reconciliation, sales tax, and so much more. Our industry is complicated and having someone like Jackie who jumped in and caught on quickly was a huge help. The Now CFO management team has also been a huge help when Jackie has additional requests from us. They've also supported our business throughout Covid with client events. Overall, this has been a great experience for us!

After being gifted the responsibility of the accounting and bookkeeping at our office, Jackie has been my rock. Having some familiarity with QB, I was introduced to QBO and Jackie has made that transition comfortable for me. She is always a phone call or email away and is very responsive and patient. If you have the chance to work with Jackie, jump on it, you will not be disappointed.

Our business has been working with NOWCFO for a year now. Bodi, Rachel, and the team were very helpful getting us started. Jackie has been supporting us ever since and she has done an amazing job helping us organize our financial books. She is professional, knowledgeable, and not afraid to ask for additional help when we ask tough questions. She helps us with ongoing bookkeeping, monthly reconciliations, and annual preparation of statements for our tax accountant. She picks up her phone when we call, promptly replies to emails, and patiently works with us to get things done right. We definitely recommend working with Jackie and the folks at NOWCFO.
