I tried for months to get an appointment by going online and Im at a year trying to get past step one with this. Seemly was told wrong or misunderstood what i was told about a time-line when i tried to get this escalated back in April but I was supposed to wait till the last month to get it escalated. If the point is to protect the most vulnerable how does this process do that in anyway? Terrible.

NOT LAGITIMATE!!! My rights are being violated and no one is or will help me. What The heck is going on? There is no one to set appointment with and i can not file a complaint with out one. It has been 5 months no. NO HELP

There needs to be an investigation into why this office never has appointment in a major city. The lack of contact only emboldens companies and allows them to violate employees. I understand Covid but the online appointment site is never open! I have sat for hours refreshing and it never opens. This is lunacy

Same as previous reviews no response to setting a appointment no contact over the phone maybe this is why companies in Coloradohandle thire business shady because if you can't get help from the one company that's suppose to help
