The Ethiopian Restaurant

This restaurant is delicious! I used to come here with my family, then we moved away. I wasn't sure if it would be as good now - let me tell you it is better! I always seek out Ethiopian food when I feel weary or malnourished. Right now, after eating I feel REVIVED! I appreciate being able to take it to go; and I look forward to leftovers tomorrow - it just gets better and more flavorful with "2nds", and it's good hot or cold. Let me challenge you to slow down and let the spices of yebeg wot linger in your mouth between bites...mmmm, it's that good! The owner is kind, the portions are generous, and the price can't be beat for authentic flavors like this. I highly recommend it. :)

Amazing food. You smell all of the incredible spices the moment you walk in the door. Great art work on the walls, friendly staff and crisp, white table cloths. I definitely recommend for first timers or those who already love Ethiopian. Great family restaurant. Fantastic for vegans/vegetarians.

So happy they are open again! The food is as wonderful as ever -- Mom is still cooking -- but the kids are running the refurbished restaurant. Service is fast and personal, there are more wines and beers to choose from, and all credit cards are accepted. My favorite place to eat in town!
