Tom created a will and power of attorney documents for me. In the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic I realized that if I got sick I wouldn't have the time to do the estate planning. Over the course of several conversations Tom learned about my assets, how I want them divided (sorry sis) and put together draft documents for my review. He was sensitive to the need for privacy in my designations and was very respectful of the fact that since I am gay my designations weren't as simple as leaving them to the wife and kids. The price was very fair for the detail of work and peace of mind knowing that my dog Lucy will inherit everything.
