The receptionist at this location are very unprofessional they’re disrespectful and they don’t know how to talk to their clients and they think that because they have positions of power that they can treat people like their nothing and talk to them any kind away. They get attitudes when you ask questions when you ask them to do something they have a problem or they give you all this attitude and have you do their job for them instead of them doing it themselves. They don’t provide customer service and they need to be retrained on Customer Service and how to communicate and be active listeners instead of trying to over talk and cutting people off.

This place has been actually very helpful for me. The staff's job can be hard and it is a difficult task to place employees with the right employers and meet everybody's needs properly. So I'm very grateful for them. and I think people should be more understanding and patient in this day and age with all of the new changes happening all around us so rapidly. People Ready has quite overall a decent reputation across the whole country. And they help get people to work as soon as they can so. That's what we need! Hopefully they can get the bugs worked out of their new app and any technology algorithms interfere with job placement and pay. And there really isn't any. So I would recommend them to people. The staff try really hard to be patient at all of the locations if you have any needs or concerns. Thank you people ready! You did help me get going!
