TLDR: Unacceptable work and behavior - AVOID Upon walking into the house I flicked a light switch that caused a fixture to blow out. Later I would find out it was hooked to a 220v wire instead of 120v. When I went to check the circuit box I found that most of his work wasn't labeled, and the work that was labeled was done so incorrectly. They also left muddy footprints and fast food containers throughout my house and garage. I also found waste such as smashed light fixtures and old conduit throughout my yard. I texted the owner (Bill M.) that evening that I noticed some things were wrong and that I'd need to check everything. The next day I ran to home depot in the morning for an outlet tester. When I arrived home, he was waiting for me at the house, blocking my driveway with his truck. We had what I would call a confrontation in the street. I felt as though he was trying to threaten me and had to call the police. He left and I began testing. I believe five outlets weren't properly grounded, and two didn't work at all. He asked for a second chance to finish the job but I refused to let him into the house. After a few days of getting incoherent and downright creepy texts in all capitals I paid him just so he would go away. I had someone else finish the job. I really wish I hadn't encountered him in the first place.

EDIT: We just spoke to JeffCo and the installer is NOT licensed in this state, he was a supervised apprentice. They lied and told us they were - it's one of the first questions we asked. Absolutely DO NOT use these people. Techs arrived an hour late, did not have the correct water heater after we specifically stated that a short water heater would be needed. Got the correct water heater, then they had to leave again to get parts. Were gone for an hour, came back, got the heater in and start filling it up, technician LEAVES and goes outside to do something on his phone (he was on his phone almost continuously throughout the episode). At this point a water hose bursts, filling our utility closet with water - damaged our hardwood flooring, there's water in the walls, and they left the big muddy mess for us to clean up. Apprentice working with them admits he forgot to take the cap off, which caused the hose to burst. At this point, we let them know we would prefer they not do the work - they stomp around picking up tools and leave. They ask if we want the water heater, we said no. They go out to the truck and never come back. Call their boss to see if they were coming back and he comes unglued at us, trying to say we're ripping them off, accusing us of stealing the water heater, etc. Oh, and they're going to file a lien on our property because we...we aren't sure of the reasoning, and sue us because their worker says he fell outside of our condo, but we only heard about this after we made the call (about an hour later). They are currently refusing to come get the water heater. Please, guys - come get your water heater, we're just sorry we called you in the first place. Long story short, don't call these guys - totally unprofessional service.
