I used to love this subscription box. Great t-shirt every month with some quality and culturally relevant geek stuff. Now it shows up a month late and is just full of trash Halloween in November and Christmas in January. Don't waste your money.

I subscribed and payed 3 months and i never received one single box. No Customer service feedback or phone number at all .. Just Horrible .

If I could give this a 0 star rating - I would. Geek Fuel's customer service is absolutely horrific. I've sent 10 e-mails and have not had one response. They continue to take money out... Credit money back in... Take a different amount out and credit another one in. All I want is an explanation as to why this is happening and what the charges are for. I can't reset my password because when you request a reset, you get an auto email back with a link that asks you to log in and THEN change your password. Uhhhhhh... At the bottom of the email they say if you are still having problems you can contact them, when you click that link you get the "oops!this page no longer exists". It's been a month and my husband's first of 3 boxes has still not arrived. Perhaps he will get it in time for NEXT birthday. My FedEx tracking page said it reached the destination country yesterday - I live in Canada.... When I checked this morning it was in Austria. As of 10 minutes ago - it was in Mexico. Bravo Geek Fuel - I will never order anything from you ever ever ever again.

This is not a retail store. It's a mystery box subscription. They changed from monthly to quarterly. The monthly boxes was worth the price but the newer boxes are not worth the trouble.

Dude! Finally a Pandora's box that I actually want to open. I thoroughly enjoyed my shipment. I loved my Ant-Man t-shirt because I absolutely adore Paul Rudd. Deadpool figurine now currently resides on my desk for school. I've never had any problems with the staff or with customer service, and my orders were always timely and done correctly.
