Dr. Lieber was a great pediatrician.  However, he recently retired very suddenly.  Even tho I heard about his retirement maybe 2 days ago turns out of course my kid is sick and they already have my insurance so I made a sick appointment for today at 11:40.   Every parent knows that sick kids destroy your schedule and you now only exist around the dr appointment timeline.  Well I arrived to Rose Pediatrics at Rose Medical Center today with my very sick child to find a note on the door that as of March 9, 2023 (today) this office is closed.At what point on the phone this morning did the medical receptionist not think to tell me that their MAIN OFFICE is permanently closed?!?!!!   Going to AFC urgent care for now on the location on Leetsdale and Monaco had no wait everyone was professional they took the insurance easy peasy.   Why waste your time with a practice that can't communicate?  Highly recommend leaving this practice and going to a local urgent care center they are beautiful new clean and fast.

The front desk got us in the same day for the first time our baby has been sick. They are and have always been great. I was very disappointed in the visit with the doctor. It was very short and un-informative. I walked out scared and had no idea how to take care of my Covid sick baby other than give her medicine. No idea how to comfort her. I had to basically beg her to stay in the room to answer the few questions I had off the top of my head.
