If I could give them a "zero" I would. Non-responsive for many requests for support and forms. Almost impossible to get the doctor to call you back ( not their nurse practitioner). Normally on HOLD with their phone system for 10-15 minutes just to talk to a human. These people need to realize they work for the patient, not their employer.

Have been trying to address an incorrect bill and manipulative practices for two months now...I submitted a BBB complaint #15314046 that went unanswered and will now be on their public record for at least 3 years, and still nothing. I am at a loss for how to reach out...advice, do not use their emergency department unless you absolutely have ZERO other options because they will take advantage.

My husband and I were veryexcited to see dr Nelson from all the reviews but unfortunately I did not have a good experience at all. We scheduled our new patient appointment and after waiting a month we were called 1 week before and told we need to reschedule because the dr would be out of the office. Okay I figure this stuff can happen so I rescheduled for their next available 2 months out. I just got another call this morning telling me we have to reschedule yet again because he would be out of the office. When I called back the excuse I was given is he only sees so many new patients per time. What does that have to do with he is out of the office. My point is if you want to get in here good luck if you are anything like me you will just keep getting rescheduled.

I love Dr. Nelson, who has been my doctor for going on 3 years. He's caring, knowledgeable, and takes as much time with me to listen as necessary. He's fantastic! He also always responds to my messages on the same day.

Impressed by SCL health as a whole but not with this location. Baby daddys can't even go in back with the mother for ultrasound. Will not be returning to this location.
