I have had a great experience at this practice! The staff are very skilled and they always make sure I’m comfortable, whether it’s a simple cleaning or another treatment. Plus you have the option to watch Netflix with headphones which helps pass time in the chair! This office also has a chiropractor, Dr. Chrissy, and she has really helped work the tension out of my back and neck. I recommend this office to all my friends and family!

I've been going Staam Dental for six years now and the quality of service has declined over time. The focus now is to turn patients and sell additional services that are not needed. My last visit I came in for a cleaning, was told I needed a deep clean (~$1,000) which I declined and left before receiving any services. I then received a $150 for the visit when no work was performed. I would not recommend this practice. This is the first review I've ever written and I chose to finally do so to protect future patients. I was told if I didn't write a bad review they would waive the $150 fee but I continue to receive notices so I went ahead and paid it.

I've been going to Stamm for years. They provide excellent care and are so friendly and professional. I'm not sure what that negative review from a few days ago is talking about. If they examine you, I believe that's a service. Anyway, I couldn't be happier with the service I receive at Stamm.

My visit yesterday was unfortunately the first time I haven't felt like a part of the Stamm family in my two years of being a patient. It felt like both the hygienist and the doctor had no idea what was going on with my care and were just trying to get me in and out the door. I guess I'll avoid later afternoon appointments in the future, but if my next visit is like this one then sadly I probably won't be back.
