Perfect Teeth

THE WORST DENTAL COMPANY EVER!!! I went in a few months back to have work done...was not my first choice of dentist but I had to go where my insurance allowed. I went into the leetsdale office to have the work done, went in got taken back to have x-rays done and was told what needed to be done. After making my decision to go ahead with the work I was told I needed to go to a completely different office. So I paid for the visit at that office, went to the other office and had the work done and paid what I was told before leaving. A month later the leetsdale office sends me a letter saying I owe them $20.00. with the letter is a number that does not work from any phone. So a pandemic hits no one would be there to answer and I get another bill for $56.00. same number. Now I have paid twice in one day for the work was done and because they say it was just an estimate I owe them more money. This was never disclosed to me . A million dollar company nickel and dimeing their customers.

I've been going to this location for quite some time and had my share of changes both good and bad. The new dentist was very thorough. She was gentle and patient. The staff was great as well.

I was told not to worry about a sensitive tooth when i visited this place for a check up. A year later and its turned into a bad infection that needs a root canal and a crown, costing thousands of dollars. Thanks a bunch.

Love my experience with Perfect Teeth on Leetsdale in Denver.. Dr. Rimma, is so patient and caring, and her staff is courteous and professional. Cannot remember the last time I was so excited to see the Dentist, not to mention my teeth are PERFECT!

I was told multiple times by the office I had a zero balance. I went in three separate times to confirm this. I was called by a third party agency collection the “balance” I owed. I am so frustrated by this. I will not being returning for services again.
