I worked with Chloe and she handled my entire case, from start to finish, with complete confidence and attention to detail. From my experience with the matter I was represented on, I cannot say I was content with this firm or its attorneys. I unfortunately didnt get the outcome that we and opposing counsel had agreed to(which Id like to be clear on the firm has zero control over as it was the courts ruling) but the lack of care and follow through after something so traumatic for myself was over with, with regard to my sentencing hearing was disappointing. The attorney I was assigned, left the firm during this time and the firm in my opinion dropped the ball to ensure that I as a client felt represented snd looked after still. Furthermore, I have reached out on multiple occasions throughout the last year to communicate with someone and obtain my billing information to see how my retainer was used and to see what was left of it after that scope of representation was over with. I still have never received follow up.
