Came in to Zing and met with Samantha Mendoza she was very helpful, pleasant, and patient in showing me everything on my mobile banking and educating me on how my credit card info. Thank you so much.

The drive through is sooo slow. Suggeste you turn the car off and watch a movie on your phone while you wait. The one on Broadway is much faster.

If you are looking for a credit union I highly suggest finding another one. Back when it was Denver community credit Union it was great, not anymore the drive-thru service is awful multiple times I've had to wait over 25 minutes being the second car in line. Today I went and the lady at the window said it was going to be a while even though I was up next so I leave because I have a screaming newborn from waiting and literally she services the next person before I can pull out of the parking lot. I guess it was my fault for mentioning my child was screaming in the back which she could hear but had and I had to wait she would not have been crying. This has happened way too many times to continue business with them.

The customer service for this bank has steadily declined in the last few years. The lines at the Federal location are typically more than 20 minutes, if not longer, and the wait times on the phone have exceeded 30 minutes in my last 5 times calling them in the month of 12/2022. While the people I have spoken with are nice, they are completely understaffed. I am doing my best to remove my accounts from this bank due to them putting multiple fraud holds on my card, despite working with them to resolve the issue each time. It's shame, I have banked with them for 10 years. It should not be this hard to bank with a company.
