        Going in the bank, never an issue. DRIVE THRU! is absolutely terrible. I use this when I'm having a bad day and don't wanna go inside the bank. Yall have managed to ruin my experience with this bank now for the FOURTH time in the drive thru. I send the carrier, don't call for the teller, and ya manage to help 4 other cars that came after me! I use the button to call the teller and you get an attitude! Get your stuff together!!! Super disappointed!!!!!!

        I've worked with Sooper for a very long time but this review comes from an interaction over the last 2 days. Brandi Fairfield had been helping me with a new account and has been fast, kind, patient and beyond helpful! I've been scattered working from home, being a mom and she has done everything to make it easy for me. I HIGHLY recommend this credit union and I hope her superiors see this and know what an asset she really is
