So 13 years ago we had an extensive amount of work done by Concrete Revolutions. The kitchen counter took forever for them to get right, multiple attempts, the sink had bubbles in the finish from the get go... Now years later I call to have the sink refinished and they send a guy out to reseal the sink.... Not repair the missing finish, just put a clear sealer over a terrible peeled sink....
Needless to say I am not happy, I insist that the finish be redone to make the sink one color again. Alan the owner informs me that they can not repair the sink, only put a clear coat on it..... Seriously 10's of thousand's of dollars with of work and no it's tough luck we can't fix it. Then Alan proceeds to tell me that all of this information was disclosed upon purchase, trust me none of this was disclosed, no signed disclosure nothing, just sorry its the nature of the aggregate sorry about your luck....
Poor customer service, no up front disclosure, no inspection before sending a technician out to slap sealant on a peeled surface that only made the sink look worse. This is my first post, I will continue to spread the word about this company and their lack of customer service.... Daily.
Buyer beware... polished sales pitch but they do not back up their product.
