Frontier Airlines

Cancelled my flight due to their mechanical issues, 2 hours before boarding, the 2nd time I ever (tried) to fly with them. Unlike the "legacy" airlines (Delta, US, etc) Frontier will only re-book you onto their own flights, which are MUCH less often. Based on what I've been reading here, I'm glad I just refunded and went with another carrier (even though it cost more) rather than trying to deal with their customer service.

Customer service is "not an option" when you call. That is made obvious whenever you participate in a call. People hang up on you after long periods of waiting for someone. There is a lot of miscommunication. I was very polite, bust still got hung up on. The Facebook messenger representative told me there's no number for the "back office" that handles their vouchers.

0 stars. I tried to give them another chance and they always let me down. I have been calling for a refund and couldn't get anyone on the phone. Finally did and I have to endure yelling from a customer service rep. They now want me to cancel my flight because I winded up driving to my destination so they can get more money off the ticket and keep my money. I am tired of them explaining "policies" and saying they can transfer me but it is what it is. This is the worst airline I have ever dealt with.
