After dealing with your store at 3532 New Center Point, Colorado Springs, you are soon losing a 20 year customer to competitors. Or are all of you only concerned with selling another 2 year contract or drumming up Directv business? Have you looked at the Google reviews for that store? I realize your cooperate office isn't necessarily the customer service department but never the less it is your company. Every one of your employees and offices should care how your customers are treated. I highly advise that you look into the practices of the employees at this particular store. It is not only appalling but it is costing you customers.
