Koalaty Siding Repair

We had a wonderful experience working with Koalaty. Our early 1900's Denver home was in need of updating. The home had the original cedar shake siding that was falling apart. The entire team was so helpful and detail oriented along the process. We worked with Joe for the initial estimate and planning. He was able to secure some hard to get siding even with sourcing challenges and days. We decided to not only replace the old siding but also weather seal and insulate the wall behind it. They even worked to recreate the same ornate trim we had. The team was able to store everything while we coordinated work with another contractor and the installation team was very efficient. We are so happy with the end product. We couldn't recommend Koalaty enough.

I hired Koalaty to install vinyl siding on a referral from a friend and Im so glad I did. Darren and the team had excellent communication and the team of installers were prompt and efficient. My house looks brand new and Im certain when I sell it, it will give me an excellent rate of return on my investment.

Koalaty provides great service!! We started our contract in October and had delays with our products. Koalaty kept us informed every step of the way. They then stepped in and made some adjustments to get our project completed. The contractors showed up in 19° weather so our project would be completed on time. Definitely recommend Koalaty!

The estimator who came out was on time and prepared. Walked us through everything as to what to expect. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and responsive and kept us informed on then the project would be started and how long it would take. I would definitely recommend and use them again.
