If you are looking for luxury condominium living, it doesn’t get any better than this. The two towers are immaculately maintained. The pool and spa are kept spotless and the gym is large and has more than enough machines. Both towers have various large and small community rooms available for parties or just relaxing. An extremely large wine cellar is also available to owners. The staff is responsive to the needs of owners, with a twenty-four-hour concierge making it easy to have any issues or needs addressed quickly. Further , the recreation and entertainment possibilities are endless. Both towers overlook City Park, which boasts an eighteen-hole golf course, Denver Zoo, Denver Natural History Museum, two lakes, and numerous trails. The Blue Bird theater is a few blocks away with almost nightly concerts. Additionally, many stores, shops and restaurants are also just a couple minutes walk away. Of course, the highly desirable location and amenities do not come cheap. The majority of units are between one and two million dollars, with some more and less. Listings are rare. At the time this was written there was one listing open. About ninety-four percent of units are owner occupied so few rentals come up; when they do, most rent for $3000 to $7,000 a month, depending on the square footage. Consequently, if you’re seeking one of the best high-rise buildings in Denver, The Pinnacle definitely qualifies.

I have lived at the Pinnacle for over a year now and have never once regretted the purchase. The elevators did go down in tower one earlier this year but I felt that the management team did their best to resolve the problem but the delays were due to Kone the manufacturer of the elevators in both towers. The amenities in the building are top notch and the building is well maintained. The concierges in both towers treat everyone with respect and I feel truly care about the residents as well as the building. The management team as well as the building techs are on-site 7 days a week. If you are looking for true turn key resort living the building is worth touring. I fell in love with building the minute I walked in the front door of tower one.
