I got this ticket for $40. No website and they don't answer the phone to pay. It's been over a week and i've called daily..

I got a parking ticker for $70 from this company. I wasn't at their business, I was at a restaurant and I parked in the retail parking lot associated with it. In front of my car was a sign that said "retail only paid between 6am and 7pm." it was 9pm. Turns out there was ANOTHER sign that the parking needs to be validated all times of the day. Since I had already read a sign, I didn't realize there were more signs with secret additional information. Personally I find this pretty coercive and I won't be patroning any businesses that use 5280 parking in the future.

Horrible customer service; wont let dispute ticket ; gave zero warning; signs hidden then given 70$ ticket without being given a chance to explain ourselves that we didnt see the sign!

Issued a ticket in my own apartment's parking garage, which I pay for. What a joke.

I paid $20 for parking and I have proof for parking on the dash board. They left a "citation" on my vehicle for $40. According to BBB:

5280 Parking Service is a striping, sweeping, power washing and minor asphalt repair company.

Why are they leaving fraudulent parking citation on all the vehicles that already paid the city parking. (I have proof I paid for parking). There are multiple complaints on the BBB about these practices.
