Karen is so good at explaining things. This was all through zoom and she is terrific at using visuals. Can't wait to do a class in person with her.

Karen at Mac Works is terrific. She expertly guided me through some problems and I learned a lot along the way. I've also taken her classes and they are super informative. She's easy to work with, positive, patient, and you can tell she really loves what she does!

I took Karen's photo class. I had tons of photos to add to my mac and then sort and organize. I learned how to store the photos in the least possible space, and how to organize albums effectively. Karen is knowledgable and extremely patient. I will definitely be taking other classes from Karen. They are very reasonably priced as well.
