My business partner and I reached out regarding making an appt to see a commercial space for lease. After emailing, we had the ultimate displeasure of speaking with Bill not only was he very dismissive for our future business (over not having a written out business plan; we dont need the capital for a loan). We both come from owning successful businesses- not that it should matter, to recieve respectful & professional treatment. He was sarcastic, disrespectful, came off as sexist with a condescending tone towards us as women. By far, the most unprofessional & short conversation weve ever had- ending with him hanging up on us. When we called back to address the hang up, he expressed 0 accountability for his rude behavior and threatened us by saying he recorded the conversation please do yourself a favor & find another commercial real estate office that offers basic respect. #releasethephonecallbill
